For all things, there has to be a central point of contact, if you want co-ordination. For Firebird, for me, this is the ibphoenix home page. If it on there, then I will see it, otherwise I will not. It sounds as if there is a different reference point for Brazilian users and the community perhaps needs to work out where the global reference point is and encourage all users to check it regularly.
